M. R. Robinson is a scholar of Renaissance literature… but when she isn’t thinking about sonnets, she’s probably writing or reading speculative fiction. She is a first reader for Diabolical Plots, a member of SFWA and the Codex Writers’ Group, and a graduate of Viable Paradise and Clarion West. You can find her on most social media platforms as @mruthrobinson, but she’s most active on Bluesky.
In her free time, MR and her wife are slowly restoring a crumbly old house, which they share with two dogs and too many books. Her short fiction has appeared in publications including Beneath Ceaseless Skies, GigaNotoSaurus, and Lightspeed, among others. She is also one of the co-founders of OTHERSIDE, a magazine of speculative fiction by queer authors.
